So my last W7R2 was on Wednesday and R3 planned for tomorrow.
Visited the physio today for calf pain in my right leg ( Iβve been running through it). I have been given exercises and no running til Monday and then only if no pain. He think there may be a muscle tear.
Pleased I went because now it will hopefully improve but gutted I have to miss a run when Iβm so close.
Shows that even those niggling pains are worth getting checked.
