W4R1 YEAHHHHHHH

I posted last week about feelings of anxiety during W3, both pre and post run. I read a lot about week 4 before heading out today. I sat on the end of my bed for about 15 minutes, giving myself a little pep talk like a mad woman. Then I thought 'you told yourself you couldn't run 90 seconds, but you did. You told yourself you couldn't run for 3 minutes, but you did. You can run for 5 minutes. Just bloody do it'. The final minute or so was painful, but the elation that followed was incomparable to any run thus far. For anyone reading posts related to week 4 wondering whether or not you can do it, you can. It's mind over matter!

HAPPY FRIDAY!
