2nd run week 1

I did my 2nd run last night and I even managed to jog for each 60 seconds this time. Very happy with this as I couldn't do all the runs first time round. This morning I had no pain in my calves and just a mild pain in my shins when I first woke up. Once I got mobile it eased right off. Feeling a bit more optimistic about my progress. I got to 2.7km in the 26 mins.
