3 months ago I broke my foot while running. Finally I have the all clear and can start building up again slowly- so what better programme than C25K! Just glad to be out 'running' again after 3 months of inactivity.

That's such brilliant news! So glad you've been given the all clear to get back out there, but please don't overdo it, will you? Take it slow and steady and listen to your body. Well done on starting this programme and welcome to our virtual family of Runners! 👏🏻👏🏻😊

Laura will look after you, just like she did first time. I think there should be a double grad badge for injured runners who've completed the programme a second time. Happy running Richard xxx
