I really struggled today from 15 minutes onwards. The last 5/10 minutes were horrible. I felt sick and wobbly. I wanted to stop so much, but I made it - just!
I did change the last 10 minutes of my route today. The last bit of the run was up a small hill - bad planning from me. As I was struggling I thought a change of route might excite me more and give me renewed energy.
I changed the end of the run so I ended up next to my house as I felt so bad. I did less than a minute warm down walk as I physically couldn't do any more.
On a positive note I ran 5.2km in 30 minutes.
I am a little bit nervous about my next run. I plan to reduce my pace significantly. I thought I had today, but it seems not.

Great job... struggled at the end on that hill, but you got there and that hill will boost you. Yeah, go really easy next time and then it’s graduation time!
Thank you! I think it must be because I am 6 foot 5. It seems like I am barely moving, but my strides are probably bigger than the average person. I will try to manage my pace better if I can.
