Hello, just discovered this site today. Have done 2 runs so far with the third being this evening. Not sure I’ll ever get to week 9, but if I just keep doing weeks one and two then that is better than just sitting on the couch!

You will get there 😊 follow the program, it works, believe in yourself and take each run as it comes ..
Run slow and steady and then slower still if need be so you can complete each timed run .. take the rest days they are just as important as they give your body time to repair and recover 😊

Welcome! That was me almost 5 weeks ago and I'm still going! I didn't dare join this site until I finished Week 4, or put it on Facebook until I finished Week 5, because I didn't want the shame of telling people and then flaking out

I came here before my first run... I didn’t think I’d get to week 9... I did a run and knew I wouldn’t get to week 9... I was fairly concerned about living 9 weeks, let alone running them. Now, I’m pretty sure I will get to week 9... I did week 8 run three this morning. You CAN do this!
