Welcome! Most people felt the same as you when they started doing this, but be prepared - it becomes addictive 😊

Keep your running slow (there's no such thing as too slow) and before you know it you'll be loving it!

Welcome. you are in good company as quite a lot on here didn't think running was for us!

But it was. And is :)

I always thought I’d never be caught dead running but a friend did C25K last year n the idea just lodged in my head n wouldn’t let go. Little did I suspect that my brain knows me better than I know myself cos I’ve just finished Week 1 n I knew I was hooked after the first run 🏃‍♀️. Welcome to the club, hope you enjoy it as much as we all seem to! 😁

I felt like that too, week1 I couldn’t breathe just running 60 secs and I was thinking I can’t do this, now I’m on w4r2 tomorrow and loving it. I’m 51 and always use to think, how can people enjoy running but now I am enjoying it too.Ive lost 9lb too and feel so much more happier. Another thing I also do is drink 2 litres of water a day. Good luck and happy running 😀x
