Back on it like a car bonnet:)

My last run was 25th Sept, and between my sister's hen weekend, alcohol consumption and then a tummy bug I didn't get out to finish W8R3 until this morning. Procrastination also played a part.. what if I've lost my fitness, what if I can't do it, what if someone sees my unshaved prickly legs etc.....you get the picture lol. So I ventured out and did it :) different route slightly, and unintentional faster pace ever so slightly too.

I've got my mojo back and bring on next Fri when I'm going to graduate 🤞🏻

Fantastic SP! It’s hard when you lose your mojo isn’t it? And I know all about the prickly legs! What if someone sees!!! 😅

Glad you’re back at. You’re so close now. We’ll look forward to your graduation post and crack open a bottle of 🍾 to celebrate! 🥂👍

Thanks CCM. I'm a bit sore now, but I'm glad I did it and looking forward to finishing week 9 😊x

Long leggings with mesh panel inserts, got a great pair from m&s, nothing to see here 😁

Well done on getting back out there prickly legs notwithstanding, I bet you can see the podium from there.

Thanks Grumpyoldgirl. Must have a look for a pair. Because I'm only 5ft1 and of a roundish shape (although it's changing:) ) I find alot of the long leg bottoms are too big for me lol

Am so excited that I'm hopefully graduating this weekend :)

I'm 5'4 and to be fair I see your problem, I've got a teeny tiny turnup on mine 😁 (no, autocorrect, not a turnip! 😂)

Lol gotta love autocorrect, it's caught me out a few times ;)
