Stop thinking miles... just slow and steady 30 minutes.... relax... run and enjoy:)

Slightly confused as to why you think you are cheating and keep going back to it ?

Have you completed a week 9 run ?

No as I've not completed it fully as I've stopped and walked for the count if 60 seconds .or last week I walked again for a couple of mins so in my mind I've not fully completed it

Ah ok i understand now, still not cheating ... you tried and that is what counts ..

Time to take stock and think about how far you have come , you know you can do 28 minutes from week 8.. you are almost there,

You should believe in yourself, trust the program and relax and just run as slow as you need to so you can complete the run .

Really you can do it , don't dwell on the previous runs think positive look ahead and you will do it

Ah you have a cold , that isn't going to help 😐 maybe a break would have been better till your cold had cleared .. .well done on even trying 😊
