I can't quite believe that I'm here! I struggled with my last run of week 3, but sheer determination got me through it. My splits tell the tale quite vividly. Mile 1 - 11.17, Mile 2 - 11.19, Mile 3.....13.36 hehe. I got through it though,and so here I am, a bit sore, and a bit tired, but ready for week 7!

Well done! Last run for me was a nightmare so cant say im looking forward to week 7! Just happy to be dry and warm after wk6,3 i did in the pouring rain!

I did really struggle with it. I think a combination of running after work, and still getting used to the running shoes made it a lot harder for me, my feet and knees were hurting and sheer determination got me through.
Am hoping that the first run of week 7 is easier. I'm just debating whether to go after work this morning, or wait until I've had a nice kip!
I'm starting week 7 on Friday morning. Up until now I've done a circular route with some tricky inclines, but this time I'm doing laps around a nice flat housing estate! Hope your shoes feel more comfy next time. Let us know how it goes
I am confused? Have you been able to run 3 miles already?
I've been meaning to ask if people start the mapmywalk app as soon as they start the podcast or when Laura says run?! Makes me look like I'm running longer in time!
