Finished week 3 last night, bit drizzly but not too bad once under the trees through the woods.
Think I prefer going running in the morning, so looking forward to starting week 4 tomorrow (Sunday) hope the sun shines
Have a good weekend all

Well done. I like running in the morning before I eat, feels like I am being super healthy but do treat myself to an extra yummy treat when I make it home. Week 4 is a bit of a step up but just finished it and I managed it reasonably well, just take your time and keep your breathing going - well done - I'm approaching week 5 with trepidation but I want to do it and I will! 😀
Yummy treat sounds good to me! I used to do an early morning bootcamp class which I strangely enjoyed, and got used to having my breakfast when I got back - new puppy at home has meant mornings been a bit hectic lately, as she can't go out for walks yet in the big wide world. No chance of me going very fast, I just trot along! Good luck with week 5
Hi AbracaDeborah!
Well done on finishing w3! I'm right behind you - was supposed to do a run this morning but sleep took over! I like running in the mornings too as I definitely have no energy or time later. Running on a weekend also puts me off having alcohol - another benefit of C25K!
Good luch with w4 tomorrow!

Well done. I finished week 3 last night. Now have a few days rest before I start week 4!
A good week for all of you. <cheer>
I'm off the injury couch - I hope.
So I'll be back to catching up.
If any of you haven't had a gait analysis done - get one done ASAP . Didn't know that it was a thing until I heard it on this forum, wishing I'd known how important it can be.
