Graduated today with what felt like the hardest run ever. What is that about?

A hearty congratulations to you 'slinkylady' for graduating here on C25K week 9 run 3 .Yes it was hard but you made it to the end. You will now see the word graduate on the right-hand side of your username, just go to the September graduation post on the top of the home page, tell the administrators that you completed run 3 of week 9, once again congratulations and well done.

Sometimes when you think about it too much it gets harder... and who couldn’t think about their upcoming graduation run? You got the job done, that’s all that matters... huge congratulations.

I just recall what jo used to say, some days you ll feel like you’re flying, and some days your legs will feel as if they’re made of lead. There’s no rhyme nor reason in it. She right! Keep up the 30 mins at your own pace and it will work! I remain amazed!

Huge congratulations on completing your graduation run. I found the last run hard too, maybe just the pressure of the last run. Enjoy your celebrations 🎉 they are well deserved

Well done on achieving your goal. No one can take this away from you....treasure it!

My last run was also tough and I felt like crying and not with elation. I gave myself a couple of weeks off from running and hit the gym working on getting my legs stronger and my mind. The legs are getting there but the mind is still being persistently argumentative!

in reply to gallopinghairpin

Well done you. I have never been to a gym.

Congratulations, that’s a great achievement. What are you aiming to do next ?

in reply to

Thank you. I am planning to repeat week 9 for a while, do a few park runs and maybe join a local running club.

in reply to

Brilliant and I wish you luck with that.
