I can’t quite believe it but I completed W9R3 in the pouring rain this afternoon!!! So chuffed as I never thought I’d be able to do it!!
Now need to work out what to do next!!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked October C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓
You look a little wet in the photo, no wonder as your graduation run was ran in pouring rain.
You can now try the C25K+Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, but first run several 30 minute consolidation runs.
Congratulations!! Me too! And it's still raining and hasn't stopped...😂
But rain won't stop us.
On to new chapters 🏆💪
Congratulations 🎉🎉 did you wear that rain jacket while running? Did it work? Contemplating my options in bad weather
Yes indeedy - with hoody (and headphones) underneath. Worked absolutely fine!
The only real issue was the glasses 👓 as these ones don’t come with windscreen wipers!! Managed to get through by peering over them like a disappointed teacher... 🙂
That is an awesome achievement - well done and well endured: that weather looks feisty
What’s next? Keeeeeep running - I think the c25k graduate programme looks good (or triathlon training?.....)
Congratulations 🥳🎉🎊especially considering the rain and glasses scenario. I’ve actually taken to not wearing mine when it’s raining as I find it easier that trying to keep them perched on the end of my nose!
Well done 😀🎉
Congratulations!!! Brilliant achievement!
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations, there are stepping stone podcast and the magic plan. Hope you celebrated. I bought myself proper running shoes to make me keep running. Well done 🤗
Well done!
Carry on running for half an hour regularly for some time is the wisest move going forward.
Sounds like a plan!! Thank you!
No problem and Congratulations! If you lose motivation, as I did, you could try either working on speed or hills, as that will make you stronger and faster or sign up to something like Raceatyourpace. You pay £10 each month you do it, choose how many miles you want to complete in that month. Then, once done you get a medal and certificate. It worked for me, anyway. Just got my second 50 miles medal ☺️
Yikes! 50 miles!!? 😮😮😮
I get tired *driving* 50 miles..! 🙂
Congratulations, btw!! 👍🏾
It was over 1 month, not one go! I did my best runs during the 2 months I got medals. Nice medals they are, too. Might be worth a look. It starts with 5 miles in a month and goes up in various increments to 200 miles!
Yup - realised it was over a month but that still seems an awful lot to someone who was a couch potato 10 weeks ago 🙂
I think I might stick with the 3x 30 minutes consolidation for the time being and work up to this. Sounds fantastic though!
I was really quite worried about not having a “plan” and programme to work with. I downloaded a few running apps and some of the podcasts, but after a few runs, I have just enjoyed planIng my own route. I just do my own thing now! The app was a great security blanket, but I really enjoy having the freedom! I googled “plan my route”, and the website tells you the exact distance and where the hills are (so I can avoid them, or use them to push myself a little)
Well done on your graduation! You have done great!!!
Congratulations! The rain jacket definitely came in handy lol
Woo hoo congratulations.🙂
Very well done and Congratulation on graduating🎉🎊🎉🎊
