Well that was a step up and a half! Honestly by the 5th 90 second run I started to feel quite nauseous but I carried on and Woop it’s done! I have to say running first thing in the morning seems to make it easier. I’m not sure it’s because I don’t have time to think about it or that I’m half asleep and therefore more relaxed but yeah morning runs are the way forward. That said if anyone told me 3 weeks ago before I’d downloaded the app that I would be getting up early to go running I genuinely would have laughed at them and fed them cake. Madness. That said I really do need the rest days between i still get super achy after especially my knees. But yay w2r1 done!

Well done! It is a step up and one that feels like hell sometimes. However, I went out with 'er indoors the other day [W2R3 I think] and after doing W4 myself I found that W2's runs much easier than I did when I went through the pain of them.

Keep it up, enjoy the early mornings and let us know how you are getting on.

Let them eat cake! You’re doing really well... relaxed is the way to go, and it’s great that you liked the morning run. Rest days are for fixing the aches that you earned... that’s the muscle building. Great stuff, enjoy the next one.
