Week Eight Complete and some

I did it, 28 minutes, except I carried on and almost did a full 30 minutes. I’ve been worried about adding the extra time as I’ve been feeling sick and unsure I could carry on, I suspect this is more mental and about waiting for the end to come, probably pushing myself harder too. Speed is increasing and I’m on track for a 32 minute 5km.

Planning first week nine run on Friday and last two runs next week, plus two gym trips with tens minutes building speed on the treadmill and junior park run on Sunday. This means a potential first 5km at the park run the week after, 29th September. Eeek.
