W4R3 Smashing It!

I completed W4R3 this morning. I almost postponed it though because I didn't feel sufficiently recovered from my last run. But then again life has been busy and I was worn out. So glad I put my running shoes on and went for it. I felt so much better afterwards. I make sure I drink water and have a banana before each run as it helps with my energy levels. Now that I have learnt to pace myself the longer runs no longer seem intimidating.

Good one Triolette - Loving the fact you're smashing it, that's great! I'm feeling it in the legs a bit today from W4R1 early this morning, I've been going for half a banana but maybe I'll go for a full one now i'm getting the taste for them again and try and get a boost from it too! You sound well and truly ready for W5 - Good luck with it I'll follow your progress with interest.

Well done on seeing off week 4. 😃😃😃

It's strange how sometimes you feel a bit off and have a great run, sometimes it's harder than you expect.

Enjoy week 5

Huge well done to you. Think slow and steady, not smash.... as the runs get longer..just ease and relax into them :)
