WEEK 6 RUN 3 DONE!!! I was worried because. This is the biggest jump from week 6-9 and 25 mins seems to be a lonnng time. However I DID IT!!! Shocking thing was after the first 11 mins or so i no longer felt tired or in pain and WAIT FOR IT.... I ENJOYED MYSELF!! When michale said 1 mins i was like aww already? Looking forward to the rest of the plan . Doubt ill get 5k but 30mims? Definitely!!.dont plan on stopping after the program gonna get a 5k under my belt then maybe a sub 30min 5k? Im getting ahead of myself but I don’t care i am getting a bit addicted to running HELP!!!

Great running. The first 10(ish) minutes of a run are the hardest... there’s a phenomenon called the toxic 10 that affects most runners, so it’s pretty common to feel better when that’s over.
It’s good that you’re starting to think about planning ahead... sometimes we can feel a little lost when a plan comes to an end, but finding the next start line really helps.
