After Saturday park run that left me with a sore ankle I going to try run again tomorrow morning think I push my self to hard on the park run all had trouble with the asthma was the sea air so let’s hope Tuesday will be ok

Careful on that ankle, be prepared to stop if it reacts. Good job on parkrun.
