Wk 9 run 3 5.3 km OMG ๐ฎ
What a fabulous feeling. Itโs been a difficult week as my ex husband had a manic episode and disappeared for 12 hours. I found him and am currently looking after him as there is no care provision in the NHS. ( heโs no danger to anyone or himself).
Week 9 runs were for my stability and positive mental health.
Today was glorious, music: Aretha, coach MJ, and an undulating route, with sunshine and not alot of people ๐
For anyone who doubts themselves, my best advice..... take your time and trust the programme. It really really does work.
