Well it may have been slow but I actually did it . Thought the jump from 8 min intervals to 20 min would be too much but I managed it yippee

Bet you feel great too, and so you should! That’s a great achievement and one you probably thought you’d never manage - but this clever programme knows its stuff!
Good luck with W6. Read up on R1 and R2. They’re a bit notorious - but very doable. 👍

IT went fantastically well, thank you, didn't need to reduce my speed and loved it once it was over! Still on a high, I have lost 3 stone and have 6 to go, so if I can do it anyone can! I can't believe how powerful a feeling I have at achieving it - know it sounds corny but true! X
