IT went fantastically well, thank you, didn't need to reduce my speed and loved it once it was over! Still on a high, I have lost 3 stone and have 6 to go, so if I can do it anyone can! I can't believe how powerful a feeling I have at achieving it - know it sounds corny but true! X
