Just completed week 5. Was a bit horrified to see run 3 was just a 20 min run. But it was ok. Worked up quite a sweat but made it to the end.

Week 5 Run 3

Just go slowly! No hurry, no need to push things. Do that and you’ll be fine 😃👍🏃♂️

Hi steviebee well done that first 20 min run nearly wiped me out I’d say that was the closest I’d come to stopping throughout the whole program But you done it. Lots of people warn of week6/1 as it puts walking back in to plan but I found this ok good luck with the rest of you journey 😀

Yes that last run is something else. I am on week 6- don’t get lulled into a force sense of security, as there’s a surprise waiting on the third run. But I’m up for the challenge as I’m sure you are as well. Keep on running.

Week 5 Run 3 is a big milestone in the programme - we’ll done for getting past it 👍👏🏃🏻♂️

Well done - enjoy it 😊

I enjoyed R3 of W5. I hated W6 R1. I got too cocky thinking I'd just done a 20 minute run. I really pushed the pace and found a few hills to run up. Keep it steady and you'll be fine.
I'm at the same stage as you, surprised myself with 20mins although I was probably slower than other runs. Bring on week 6.
