At week 4 doing ok but absolutely dreading final run in week 5...20 min! I found it really hard going from 3 to 5 min run and I have no faith that I will be able to get to 20 by end of next week!

If you complete all the runs, physically you’ll be ready for that 20. Think positive and believe that you can... you can... you really can!
Have faith. The program works. Most people actually find it easier than anticipated. Be prepared to be grinning like a Cheshire cat at the end.
Don't fear what's coming. The build up will make you capable, only the gremlins will stop you. Lots of us found the increase in time a challenge, over all of the weeks, but stay slow, keep well hydrated and you'll do it.
Your not doing "ok" your doing brilliantly to get this far. Trust the programme, it's building your stamina for just that run like thousands before you. Embrace the challenge don't fear it, slow and steady and you'll crush it
You will do it Henry! I had the same worries,but the programme really has you ready for it. I managed it when I didn't think I could. Just keep plodding on.
