Week 6 Day 1

After realising I only have a week and a half to my run I jumped from week 3 to 6. I enjoyed it. I'm lucky I've run before and am just getting back into it after 8 months of illness. I guess I do have a running memory. Still buzzing though.

Hi there, funnily enough I’ve just done exactly the same! I was getting a bit bored and kept doing extra minutes running so jumped to week six. Unlike you I’ve never enjoyed running though until now. I did extra minutes running as well for w6r1 but not sure if that’s the right ring to do? Run 2 will be tomorrow and I’m looking forward to it.

Just noticed when I read your reply that I'm actually doing run 3 today not run two! I really felt like I needed a break in the running though on run 2 so will see how I get on.

Good luck!

Amazing isn't it. Sont think many people actually do 5k in 30 mins from this.
