So I am using c2 5k app and Strava.
App now showing 2 runs in the bag and Strava tells me I smashed a 'quick' section by 12 seconds. (*) π
Looking forward to joining the group again for the final Week 1 run.
I'm not aching much so I think I'm ready for Week 2.
