You will be fine. As far as I remember run 2 is only one minute more of actual run time, it's just squished into 2 running parts instead of 3. Your brain gremlin will tell you "ooooerrrr" but you've actually already run for this length of time in week 4 (16 minutes). Start slow and stay slow if you can but the further you get, the more of a mental challenge it becomes. Keep running... and keep posting and ENJOY!
Well done for doing w5 r1 so glad to hear it went well as I am planning that run on Sunday as have today done w4 r3. The programme is great and this forum is such an encouragement to us all. Let's keep trusting the programme that we can actually do this! Good luck π
