Hi all, I posted yesterday about struggling to find an appropriate route to run on because of the hills in my area. I have been in touch with my local stadium and I can run on their track for monthly membership. This also includes gym use and health suites too so I'm thinking this is the way forward.
I've also downloaded an app called nutra check, it's very similar to my fitness pal but it is far easier to navigate. After day seven there is a charge but I'm happy to pay it because it looks manageable.
I am running tomorrow, repeating week 1 so I will see how I get on with the easiest route I took last week which was near enough flat, if I don't get on ok then I'm hitting the track 😀
