Somehow missed the rain ☔

But it was still cooling to run in.

W6R1 ✔

Eldest kitten chose to speed up for the last 2 minutes I let him go (honest guv!) and carried on chatting to the group run leader.

Errrrrr... not much to say about this one excepting that I'd heard some people were caught out by this run after W5R3 so stayed slow and steady.

Easy peasy 😸👟👟👟👟👟👟😸

Happy running everyone!

Nice to know that you found run 1 of week 6 'easy peasy' the reason for that was because you took everyone's advise and ran slow and steady, good luck for run 2 and 3 of week 6.

Thanks AlMorr. Spot on! Why risk finishing the programme by going too quick now?

Happy running 🏃 😸

Go Katnap! And kitten 😊

I think forwarned is forarmed. I was expecting it to be more problematic too. Happy days, we did it 💪💪💪Roll on Wednesday 😁

Slow and steady will get you through this programme. Well done and good luck with the rest of week 6 and week 7.

Well done Katnap and kitten 👍. That’s the good thing about this forum- a bit of advice and you’re better prepared.

Slow and steady wins out every time- but a snail 🐌 would always say that of course 😊

Good luck with the rest of the week 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Another week started. Well done to you and eldest kitten. It’s great to see the progress of your family running 🦆😺🐈🐈

Younger kitten has recurring plantar fasciitis (or however you spell it). But he can cheer us on white volunteering at parkrun 😸

Oh poor lad, I have a friend with PF. She’s been hobbling around all summer. Good of him to volunteer though.
