W4r2 - Procrastination ...

I have been procrastinating - a lovely word - with follow up runs - and this one was no different. Did r1 on Wednesday and set reminder for Friday, but nope, it didn’t happen. I was going to put it off as “tomorrow is another day” - but made myself do it at 6 today - yay!

Did it all - not speedy but I think an improvement - couldn’t get worse ..

Speed isn’t important, but the fact you did it is! 😀😀

Hi YogaRules, I had a very slight injury to my buttocks the other day, not sure if it was caused by running, sometimes I get a sore back from time to time which is nothing to do with running, this time the soreness was a little lower, anyway for the first time since 18th April when I started C25K (graduated 18 June) I did not go for a run on a Saturday morning, only a walk and guess what, there was a lady with a yoga mat walking just behind me, coming back from our local gym where I know that yoga sessions take place every Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9 to 10 o'clock. My daughter gave me a yoga mat in March, about 6 weeks before I started C25K I follow Youtube videos and do yoga and planks with them in a regular basis, perhaps having done them before starting C25K helped me get through that training course without too many problems. I am glad you got started at 6 TODAY and did not wait until tomorrow.

Yoga is a brilliant complement to other exercises - great for flexibility and strength building - and you may be surprised to learn stamina with certain yoga exercises
