That’s intervals done for the rest of this programme 😀

Tough end to the first interval, maybe I was a little above my pace, the walk came just at the right time. Second 10 was pretty good and made it to the end now worries.

Time to just run... on Friday

You'll enjoy the continuous runs. I found them better. They give you a great sense of achievement and spur you on to the next run!! Well done :)

Seems a bit scary from my week 1 jogs to you desperate to leave walking intervals behind. Happy running 😸

Yup... it’s tomorrow. Don’t fear it... it’s a smaller step than you did last week.

Thank you, now I think about it you're right, it is! Just need to keep that in mind.... I quite like the walking though, and am ready to run by the end of the walking interval.

You’ve got it... don’t listen to the doubt... listen to the belief... look at how hard W1R1 was and how you got through W5R3... you’re so very much fitter and stronger. The legs are ready, the body is ready, so it’s just a mental test tomorrow... and you’re not the quitting type or you wouldn’t be here taking it on. Let’s do it.
