No more walking!

Going to see how I get on with the 25min run on the weekend, maybe time to start thinking about parkrun on Saturdays instead...

Nah, walking is for woosies! You can do it. You've got this far, you can get to the end. I am confident that if you keep the pace steady that you will run for 25 minutes without stopping for a woosie walk. Go for it and nail it!

I keep wondering about parkrun, but there’s something about running alone (I run down a pathway where you only see the odd dog walker) which helps my lack of confidence. I’m at the 25 min run stage W7 so in theory I could park run......

I’m the same. The thought of running with others scares me!!

I was the same however I did a park run in Chatham and they were so supportive and encouraged you all the way round as they have volunteers cheering you around. Definitely give it a go. 7 weeks ago I couldn’t run 90 seconds!
