W6R2 - Done :)

I didn't find this run as hard as I found race 1 but it was still a challenge! The last 5 minutes killed me and my legs felt so tight, I thought "Nope. Not going to do this today am I?" but I pushed through and hey, that's W6R2 marked off the list ;)

I have no idea how I'm going to make the 25 minutes happen tomorrow...my only comforting thought is that I was so convinced I couldn't do the end of week 5 but I made it...so I'll remain optimistic :)

  • Well done you!

I had exactly the same thoughts yesterday. Just focus on your goal, take the pace easy to start with and trust Laura.

    You CAN do it x

  • Thanks Bluebird!! That's exactly what I'm going to keep telling myself :)

    How are you getting on?

  • Well done! You will be fired up with the power of Laura! Go for it! :)

  • Thanks Holly :) lol! :D she really does motivate! I'll give it my all!!

  • You can do it - just trust the plan and keep the pace slooow. Well done on today.

  • Thanks Rhona :) That's one of my biggest problems - going to fast too soon! I'll remember to keep nice and slow :)

  • Congratulations, Rosey! Just remember to start slow, you can do it! :)

  • Thank you!! :) I will definately pace myself and hopefully make it to the end! I'll keep you posted :)

  • Just did this run and felt it challenging too! But again slowed down (even more) and remembered just a few weeks ago only running 60 seconds at a time! Keep going Rosey21, I'm sure the next run will be do-able - Laura says so! Good luck.
