W2R1 - done

Wouldn’t say I nailed it, but I did so much better than I thought I would. And I ran for all the running bits.

Pleased with myself. Stayed on the route I’ve been doing for week 1 (which admittedly is circuits of my own road) just to see how I got on, but it was ok.

I didn’t sweat as much.

I slowed down and my breathing was better.

I got new running shoes

I got new running socks.

I have no blisters.

So onwards and upwards!

Oh wow! So many good news!

Congrats! You are doing great!

Better breathing - great to hear that! Less sweating - improving endurance already ;)

New 'equipment' - wohoo! I hope you are happy with new purchases and even more important - your feet are happy :)

I did my run today as well, I need to write post, as I didn't have time to do it, at least not yet ;)

Well Done Sarah. Keep going,I'm amazed at myself for reaching week 7. The programme is really well structured,it never asks you to do anything you're not capable of achieving.
