Good luck- I'm 58 and was about 15 and a half stone. I figure I've lost about two. You can do this!
Iβm 48, very short, 16 stone and I would never have thought I could do this but Iβm into my second week and enjoying it. 3 things which have helped so far: donβt be afraid to repeat if you need; go at your own pace; remember to breathe ! Iβm planning to repeat week 1 indefinitely until I can actually jog for the runs. It may take some time, but Iβm getting fitter and thatβs the goal. Well done you for making a start.
