I’m 34 about 20st Mark and about to start my couch to 5k week1 day 1 so wish me luck 😊 lol

Good luck- I'm 58 and was about 15 and a half stone. I figure I've lost about two. You can do this!

I’m 48, very short, 16 stone and I would never have thought I could do this but I’m into my second week and enjoying it. 3 things which have helped so far: don’t be afraid to repeat if you need; go at your own pace; remember to breathe ! I’m planning to repeat week 1 indefinitely until I can actually jog for the runs. It may take some time, but I’m getting fitter and that’s the goal. Well done you for making a start.
