Great job. It’s a beast. Did you find your pace? If you can hold a conversation you’re going as fast as you need to.

Well done. Big achievement . It’s a great scheme. Keep up the good work and from my own experience (just reached week6) you will feel so good....mentally and physically. Good luck and follow the main tip of keeping slow!
