Hi I personally wouldn’t as could leave to injury, just give yourself a days rest and repeat the run

Ok thanks, I'm out running this evening but considered going out this morning also. I'll just go for a walk instead.

EVERYONE says you must have a rest day between runs. So 2 runs in a day is a very good way to injury!!

Enjoy your yearning to run more as energy for the NEXT run.

Read some posts and you will see why. You need to give time for healing.
