I got told off (with humour) for using the Fail word so I won’t use it here, did week 8 and struggled each day, had to do each run twice as I didn’t manage to complete the first attempt but got there in the end, so although I was looking forward to week 9 I also had a feeling I may have to the runs a couple of times but set out this afternoon and booom, did run 1 first time, ok I may still have problems with runs 2 and 3 but nailing this one gives me confidence that I know I can do it, absolutely buzzing now, roll on Wednesday.

No reason to expect problems with runs 2 & 3. You've nailed it once so it's only the gremlins to give you a hard time.

Great stuff. The repeated runs mean you’re 3 runs stronger heading into week 9 than you would have been without them, and that’s why the F word doesn’t belong on those runs. Just approach the next two as you did today’s.
Update, nailed run 2 today, exactly the same time as Monday’s despite it being very windy, felt I was going a bit slower but obviously not. Can’t wait till Friday now.
