Buzzing!

Despite my bad bout of norovirus middle of the week, I was determined to at least attempt w3r3 and tonight I did it! And amazingly enough I actually found it easy and felt I could have done more.

When I started this programme I had forgotten how to actually run and the first week I found that my shoulders really ached due to my tense unnatural gait. However, I seem to have now found my natural style and it's much more relaxed hence less effort.

Feeling very happy right now. Week four bring it on!!
