Ran later in the day

Rather than my usual running time of 6/6.30 ish I decided to run a few hours later today and have to say that although I prefer running early I definitely felt better running at 10.30 and I then followed Run 1980's example and ran for 30 minutes instead of 25, I will revert back to running early on Friday and compare the times. Can't believe that 7 weeks ago I struggled through week 1, incredible to think I can now run for 30 minutes.

I usually run at night, I feel I do so much better then than when I do morning runs. Stick to what’s best for you as much as possible.

Firstly well done on runnin the extra 5 mins. Looking at your picture your very close to 5k so another well done. I’ve got my run after work at 4 and I’m feeling a bit tired today but hopefully that’ll refresh me again.

Just do what you need to for the runs..no more and no less.. the plan takes you on in a structured way for a reason... to keep you injury free. ! Don't run for any extra time... distance and speed come after Graduation...

Slow and steady not only gets you to the podium.. it takes you to the most amazing places too:)
