Ran 5k!

I graduated in September. Since then I've moved away from the treadmill and gradually got myself up to 30 minutes running outside. Today I ran 5k in 37mins 40seconds continuous running! So pleased. I struggled to run for 60 seconds in June. Really looking forward to a nice cuppa now.

That's amazing! I'm on week 6 so it's so good to hear from people who have moved on past the programme and doing really well.

Well done ! It's great running outside. Although my teeth really were "chattering" this morning on my warm up walk. But no hurricane Angus !
