W1r2 disaster

Went on w1r2 tonight very stupidly i forgot my inhaler, got about half way and suddenly thought i was going to die, had to give up and walk home very slowly going to try to redo it tomorrow, don't think I'll make that mistake again

You did well to try, so don’t worry. I’ve just done my first run and forgot to reset my phone, so it kept going to sleep every 3 minutes. There’s always a catch 😄

You tried, you ran some, so you got something out of it. A forgotten inhaler is all that stopped you. Put it in a plastic bag and stick it in your running shoes... can’t forget it then. I’m sure you’ll be fine next time.
