Well that was a disastrous run! It was very icy, garmin didn’t pick me up until over 1/2 k into run and then forgot to stop Strava when I finished! Hopefully next run will be better.

Pffft! Annoying when that happens! But you got out and ran, and that's the main thing. :-) Be careful out there on icy pavements – I have been known to turn back and come home when it is too icy, so fearful I am of slipping and breaking something in my precious legs!

Win some, lose some. Don't let it put you off, you got out and did it - that's the thing to remember 👍

Icy runs are the worst, then when we think about it running in those conditions is just daft, I've done it myself. Hopefully the weather will be better next time.

You can link strava to your garmin then when you've finished it uploads to garmin connect and strava automatically so you only need to start your garmin 😊

Thanks Buddy. Usually when garmin works it automatically goes on Strava but I didn’t realise it works the opposite way too.

Yes you're right , once it uploads to garmin connect and you have strava connected to it , it goes to strava. Just wondering why you had to stop strava because the run stops when you stop the garmin🤔

Not great with technology but I usually don’t have a problem with it. Heho not to worry.

Heigh ho!- Technology. 🙄

Good thing your legs don’t know about Garmin - it wasn’t a disaster for them! 😄 - Although icy not good, no slipping over I hope.

It’s just one of those days, I’ve had a few! Onwards and upwards 😁

Garmin and Strava don’t matter. I tend to avoid ice though!
