W1r2 feeling good. Breath was better as I took it slower than the previous run. Rain was coming down, but this wasn't going to stop me. Next run probably Saturday. :)

Same for me W1 R2 in the rain today. I did think about not going but forced myself out and felt better for it! Good luck! Xx

Good for you! We're at exactly the same stage. I'm planning run 3 on Saturday too. Along clifftops in wild wind and rain!! Where do you run?

Nowhere exciting yet! Just the surrounding streets in my neighbourhood- always at night 😀

Well done, you're doing great! If that little voice in your head ever whispers about not going again, just remember that nobody EVER regrets a run.

Good work, Rosemel! Running slow is also better for building stamina - fact! I am so pleased this was a good run for you. Keep going at this slow pace, and you will really reap the benefits with each new run. And don't forget to stretch!
