Completed wk5 r3 this morningš If youād have told me at the beginning Iād be able to run for 20 minutes I wouldnāt have believed you. Breathing fine, slight burning in my legs but it felt good. Reading the posts have helped me get into the right mind set, thank you and hereās to completing the next couple of weeks in sunny Dordogne (hopefully it wonāt be too hot...)

Congratulations! Just think of the journey you've been on so far, from week1 (what, a WHOLE MINUTE???!) to this week. So long as you do the interval runs in week 6 and don't rush any of them, you'll be absolutely fine for the 25 minutes. That will be 25 minutes you couldn't run at the start of the programme. You'll do great, well done

Great job. Now youāre going to be an international runner! Youāre certainly ready for week 6... I will pray for a short 30 minute light drizzle over there every day! Avoid the hottest bits of the day and go slower than normal.
