Completed wk5 r3 this morning😀 If you’d have told me at the beginning I’d be able to run for 20 minutes I wouldn’t have believed you. Breathing fine, slight burning in my legs but it felt good. Reading the posts have helped me get into the right mind set, thank you and here’s to completing the next couple of weeks in sunny Dordogne (hopefully it won’t be too hot...)

Thank you 😊

Congratulations! Just think of the journey you've been on so far, from week1 (what, a WHOLE MINUTE???!) to this week. So long as you do the interval runs in week 6 and don't rush any of them, you'll be absolutely fine for the 25 minutes. That will be 25 minutes you couldn't run at the start of the programme. You'll do great, well done :)

Thanks for the great advice! Was thinking it’s only another five minutes, but there must been a reason for the interval runs so I’ll stick with it 😊

Great job. Now you’re going to be an international runner! You’re certainly ready for week 6... I will pray for a short 30 minute light drizzle over there every day! Avoid the hottest bits of the day and go slower than normal.
