Thanks for all your inspiration!

This is my first ever post but I have been reading all your posts, hoping to get the courage to complete the programme. I have never been a runner and to be honest I didn't think I would ever do it. It has taken me longer ( started in March this year) but tonight I ran for 33 mins and covered 4.89k. I still can't quite believe it! I would like to thank you all because I could not have done it without you. It really helped to read about other beginners and how you got through it. ??

Well done!! I bet you feel great?! I'm new to this community too but like you had been reading the posts for a few weeks. It really does help to read about other people's journey!

Well done again!

Fabulous....I think one of the nicest things about the c25k is the positivity we get about ourselves after each step...something I've never experienced before! Well done

You've done brilliantly. I hope I can manage similarly. What a great achievement.

Well done, not only for achieving the distance in the time, but for not giving up! Congratulations!

Thanks for all your comments! I still can't quite believe I did it. I will be quite happy to carry on three runs a week and hopefully my face won't be so red when I finish!
