Thanks for all your inspiration!

This is my first ever post but I have been reading all your posts, hoping to get the courage to complete the programme. I have never been a runner and to be honest I didn't think I would ever do it. It has taken me longer ( started in March this year) but tonight I ran for 33 mins and covered 4.89k. I still can't quite believe it! I would like to thank you all because I could not have done it without you. It really helped to read about other beginners and how you got through it. ??

  • Well done!! I bet you feel great?! I'm new to this community too but like you had been reading the posts for a few weeks. It really does help to read about other people's journey!

    Well done again!

  • Fabulous....I think one of the nicest things about the c25k is the positivity we get about ourselves after each step...something I've never experienced before! Well done

  • You've done brilliantly. I hope I can manage similarly. What a great achievement.

  • Well done and congratulations!

  • Well done. Wishing you all the best with whichever programme you decide to follow on with.

  • Well done, not only for achieving the distance in the time, but for not giving up! Congratulations!

  • Thanks for all your comments! I still can't quite believe I did it. I will be quite happy to carry on three runs a week and hopefully my face won't be so red when I finish!
