... and finally did my week 5 run 3! Was v nervous about 2 whole weeks prior but this forum is a huge help (thank you!). It wasn’t fast or pretty, and I consumed a bug and two spider webs en route (!) but I did it! Anyone else nervous out there, if there’s a grain of stubbornness in you, you can do it!

You did it - eating protein on the way - bri8, mind you most go for carbs in the form of a banana 😉 stubborn is good, will get you there in the end. Enjoy

Ive done w5r2 and next week I will attempt r3 so I know how you felt before ... Really glad you did It !! 👍🏼👍🏼 I Hope I'll also be able (skipping the spiders though !!)

You’ll nail it! If I can, you can! I had never run for more than 8mins in my entire life before today
