I would just like to thank all those members who replied to my original posting about not being able to get out there, as you guys gave me the kick I just needed. Suddenly at 1600 today, just as it was getting dark, I put on my running gear, borrowed my wee dog flashing light tag and got out there. Not run much in the dark but it was fab. Any yes I just got out and ran and ran.......finishing off a 9k run in about an hour and felt wonderful. Can't wait for Wednesday to run again.

So for all you who replied......you kicked me into 2016 and a good run

thanks a lot

happy smiling Burtcouch
