Couch to 5K

Week 9, Run 3 - DONE!!!! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT!

I finished C25k this morning!!!

Thank you to everyone on here who has offered support, words of advice and encouragement - you're all wonderful people and I don't think I would have made it without you. Being able to connect with people who had done the programme and people who were also going through it has been so valuable. It's been an up and down journey but I've finally got here!!

Oh how fab!!!!! Many congratulations, a slap on the back and a well done from me. It's a brilliant achievement and I can imagine just how excited and elated you are. It's a real milestone for you and you should be well proud

Have a lovely Graduation Day and treat yourself to a new piece of running kit. A vest to take advantage of the warmer weather maybe.

Have a rest day and then plan your next run out. Have fun. Can't wait to see your Grad Badge!

Many congratulations on a fabulous achievement. Be very proud of yourself.

I graduated in the winter so I am super impressed with those of you having your first running experiences in this heat. It is hard going :)

Keep running :)

Well done Grubby! Remember that this is just the start, and this community has even more to offer once you graduate (not in a secret masonic handshake-type way, just in helping you in your post-graduation life).

Keep it up and congratulations!
