I finished C25k this morning!!!
Thank you to everyone on here who has offered support, words of advice and encouragement - you're all wonderful people and I don't think I would have made it without you. Being able to connect with people who had done the programme and people who were also going through it has been so valuable. It's been an up and down journey but I've finally got here!!
