W7R2 was very, very hard today, despite the last two being hard but ok. Almost didn't finish. But thanks to the brilliant support on here I knew some things. I knew that not all runs go well, sometimes it's just like that. I knew I was probably a little short on hydration, and that the humidity didn't help. And I knew that I had done well to finish it, albeit in tears by the end going as slowly as I could.

So thank you, because it slightly knocked my confidence but nowhere near as much as it would have done without you all, your collective wisdom and your eternal positivity.

I will face W7R3 with slightly more apprehension than usual but with confidence, thanks to you all. 😊

I’ve just done W7R1 and it was a struggle this morning. Heavy legs and aching everywhere. Just hoping that R2 isn’t as bad. Well done on getting through it though! πŸ™ŒπŸ»
