and it happened again…

Cold? ✔️

Damp? ✔️

Miserable ✔️….but only the weather!!!

MissUnderstanding had me aching to run after her lovely post yesterday …so, as planned, I got all my running kit out ready for this morning…I was just ‘going for a run’…decided on no distance or time…but I’m on week 8 so I just grabbed the run by the horns and off I went…and it worked, again!!! I must be setting off at just the right pace because I am lasting the whole run with a bit left in the tank…I’m already looking forward to my next run…I don’t know about spring being in the air but I’ve def got a spring in my step when I’m running at the moment!!!

Thank you Annieapple ..I really needed this one…life gets in my head and although I don’t ever let things get too much for me ?sometimes they get a bit close!!) I try to deal with things as they come and running is def a coping mechanism….whether it’s home, work, family, friends that are on my mind that bit of release on a run is priceless…really looking forward to the trees unfurling their leaves x
