I am 68 years old, had breast cancer a few years ago. I never ran before. Have now srarted week 5 and Im just adout to start run 2. A bit anxious!

Welcome to the forum... you’re doing great so far. Good timing, we just had a 68 year old looking to start, and here’s you half way through!

Now, you’ve done such a great job getting to this run, and it has nothing that you need to fear. Relax and do your usual stuff and you’ll be fine.
